Multiple Income Streams
With Tile Doctor you not only benefit from the fees you charge for providing service but also from the sale of products and our affiliate marketing scheme which pays a 15% commission on all product orders placed through your web site or from your registered customers. Combining these elements we expect your Tile Doctor business to return a net profit between £30,000 and £40,000 per year in its third year of operation depending on your location.

A Growing Business
Our marketing programs combined with local campaigns, referral and repeat business will ensure your business and income continue to grow.

Investment Level
According to a recent NatWest survey the average total investment cost of a franchise in 2006 was £45,400. Launching a Tile Doctor franchise costs £11,500 offering excellent value and potential return on investment and for a limited period were offering a 25% discount.

NOTE: Franchise fee includes training and equipment etc. as specified on the package page but excludes vehicle.

Finance
Were currently working with a number of Banks such as HSBC, NatWest and TSB who specialise in providing finance for franchisees of companies registered with the British Franchise Association.

Management Fee
A low management fee of £150 per month ensures operational and business support isn't far away, this fee also includes your internet marketing costs. Last but not least there is an advertising levy of £50 per month towards national brand advertising. We don't charge these fees from day one and introduce them slowly over the first year.

Vehicle Lease/Contract Hire

You will need a vehicle to get around between jobs and we recommend a small van such as the Volkswagen Caddy for this purpose.
